Realism in the Drama

Conditions of culture and society which benefit the one, will benefit the other, and the bad days of art will be bad days for critism too. But there in one way at least in which their interests diverge, and it happens that this divergence becomes most apparents when one considers a set subject, such as this of “Realism in the Drama”.
